FAQ

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email regarding the details of your order. If you have questions regarding your order or status please contact us by email via the "Contact Us" link, or by phone on +61 (07) 41241315. Kindly have your order on hand so that we can provide the speediest service for you.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?


This will depend on where you live. As a guide, you should allow 2 to 10 working days (Handling time additional), depending on your post code unless an item is out of stock. Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will receive an email with estimated delivery times and a tracking number if available. We utilise Australia Post Express Post, Tracked Australia Post or Courier Services in most cases

What happens if my order is extra large or if I have special delivery requests?

Although the standard $7.99* or $12.99* P&H applies to the MAJORITY of orders, there may be the very rare occasion where the P&H exceeds the standard fee. For example, a large parcel which may incur additional postage due to 'cubing' rules; 'Express Post' dispatch requests for larger orders; oversized items, remote locations or special shipping requests.

Please note that in 100% of cases, we do our best to keep postage costs to a minimum. If additional P&H costs over and beyond our standard rate do arise, we will contact you after you have placed your order with the additional amount due. We will promptly dispatch your order once the additional fee has been remitted to us. Please note that 'additional P&H" is a rare occurrence.

Do you provide COD (cash on delivery) service?

No, we do not provide this service.


Will you deliver out side Australia? - International Orders

Yes, we will deliver to our International friends. To place your order please contact us via email via the "Contact Us" link with a list of the items you wish to order, so that we can quote Shipping Charges. Please allow an additional 15 working days for your order to be received.(carrier dependent.) If applicable, statutory customs and import duties will be charged to the customer once the order arrives at the destination country.  These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact the relevant Government department regarding import restrictions and charges.


How are your postal costs calculated?


Postal costs are calculated by weight, size and the delivery address of the order. Express or trackable post is used in most cases, at no additional cost.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment:


•    MasterCard or Visa credit card payments via Secure Web Payment Gateway (use our Shopping Cart)
•    MasterCard or Visa credit card payments via Phone or Email (use our Shopping Cart or contact us directly)
•    credit card payments via Pay Pal (use our Shopping Cart)
If you prefer, you can Direct Deposit funds into our account. (use our Shopping Cart or contact us directly)

   
How secure is my credit card payment?

Your credit card is in safe hands when purchasing from our online store. We utilise MasterCard Internet Gateway Service 3-Party payments processing technology, built around industry standard 128-bit encryption.

Your payment details will be processed by our secure payment service provider The MasterCard Internet Gateway Service verified by the Bendigo Bank.

With the 3-Party process, our online store does not handle the credit card details. Instead, at the time of payment you are directed to a page created by the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service. This is a secure page which records your card details before the Payment Server processes the transaction with the bank. Our online store never sees or stores your credit card details!


How do I use MasterCard & Visa Card payments via phone/email

Place your order online as normal. At checkout, select the ‘Pay by Credit Card by Phone' option, and finalise your order.
Taking note of your invoice number, phone us on (07) 4124 1315 or  (07) 4128 7104, or email us on contact@partykitnkaboodle.com.au. We will then complete your order by asking you for your credit card details. Your purchase will then be processed via our Secure Web Payment Gateway. On approval, your order will then be promptly dispatched.

May I order by phone or email?

Certainly! You are more than welcome to place your order via phone or email if you would prefer.

How secure are PayPal payments?

As we at Party Kit ‘n Kaboodle are ourselves online shoppers, so we know how important it is to feel secure and confident when purchasing online and using your credit card. Pay Pal does not share any of your credit card details or financial details with us.  They only forward details that you have paid for you order and they supply your personal details needed to process your order (name, address, phone number, email address etc)


Can I nominate a later delivery date?

Of course! You may place your order and specify a later date delivery.  In this case we can guarantee the dispatch date however once the order has been dispatched we no longer have control and can not guarantee an exact delivery date.
 
Is my personal information protected?

Yes.  We will not on sell or share your personal information with other companies, corporations or individuals.   We may use your information to keep you informed of any special offers or new product ranges we are introducing.   Of course if you advise us that you do not wish to receive our promotional information we will remove you from our mailing list.

         
What is availability of stock?

All purchases made with Party Kit ‘n Kaboodle are subject to availability.  We do our best to keep all stock of all products; however, at times of great demand, some items may be subject to availability. We will do everything we can to try to get the product for you in time for your party. In the case of an out of stock item, we will contact you with an estimated restock date. 

What if an item is "Out of Stock"?

Items listed "out of stock" may be ordered as "backorder"   Occasionally an item will change in price once it is received back in stock. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the international exchange rate changes and material cost we can not guarantee a future price. Items that are out of stock may be backordered - but prices are subject to change. 


What is your Substitution Policy?

If certain products are deemed out of stock or discontinued, Party Kit ‘n Kaboodle has a substitution policy. Party Kit 'n Kaboodle may from time to time substitute a product, with another product whereby the substituted product will be of equal, but more often of greater value to that of the original, at all times still keeping with the theme intended.
