Australia Wide Postage and Handling

Delivery Time Frames

Regular Post

You should receive your order within 2-10 business days depending on where you are located.

Metropolitan areas is generally 2-5 business days whilst rural areas or Western Australia takes around 5-10 business days.

Express Post

You should receive your order within 1 business day after despatch if you are located within the Australian Express Post Network. If you are not located within this network you can still choose express shipping, although please be aware that your order is unlikely to arrive in 1 business day. Australia Post will endeavour to deliver your order as fast as possible but the actual timeframe will depend on your location. If you would like to verify if you are located within the network, please check your postcode by clicking on this link which will direct you the Australian Express Post information page.

Bulky or Oversized Orders

Bulky orders, oversized items, remote delivery locations or special shipping requests may incur additional P&H costs. If this occurs, we will contact you once the additional cost is determined. We will promptly dispatch your order once the additional fee has been paid.

Dispatch Information

Orders are dispatched either same or next business day in most cases.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post containing a consignment number/tracking ID. This will enable you to track the delivery progress of your parcel.

eParcel deliveries must be signed for; however, you can request that your parcel is left without a signature (eg/ at your front door) by notating your authority to leave instructions in the ‘Comments’ field when checking out. If you're not home when your order arrives, the mailman should leave a card at your address &/or email tracking updates will notify you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. If contact is not made within a couple of days the order is returned to us.

If an order is returned to us due to: insufficient/incorrect delivery information (as supplied by the customer) or a non response to a delivery notification, the cost to resend the order to the customer is at the customer’s expense. The order will not be resent until the additional postage charges have been paid.  The initial postage and handling charges will not be refunded. Similarly, postage and handling charges will not be refunded if a customer opts not to have the returned order resent. A refund will be issued for the products only.

Ordering Handy Hint!  We suggest placing party orders with Party Kit 'n Kaboodle well ahead of your party date, so that you can plan your event, and be super prepared with plenty of time to spare. That gives you time to send out invitations, and you are able order additional items if your guest list grows!

Please note that we are not responsible for postal delays by Australia Post or couriers as this is beyond our control. No refunds/credits given in these cases.

Party Kit ‘n Kaboodle’s Returns Policy.

We pride ourselves in supplying quality awesome party products. In the unlikely event that an item has a manufacturing defect we will happily refund or replace (subject to immediate availability). Faulty stock should be reported to us within 2 days of the receipt of your order. We will then contact you with instructions. In the event that you are asked to return an item for assessment, it must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Refunds will be issued by direct bank deposit or by the same method as originally paid. This is at our discretion. Refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed once we assess your concerns.

Please note, that if the returned product is found not to be faulty or defective, or if the product has been damaged by misuse or through normal wear and tear, no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse a fund for a simple change of mind, so we ask you to order carefully. Part packages cannot be accepted for return. No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in returning the goods, unless the item is faulty. For hygienic reasons, no refund can be given on hats, masks, jewellery, or any article which can be worn, or any food utensil or vessel.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within two days of receipt. This can be done via Contact Us  page. We will then contact you with instructions. (This does not apply is the packaging alone is damaged). For orders delivered via Australia Post, please contact them direct regarding any transit damage.

When returning goods to Party Kit ‘n Kaboodle, the goods must be packaged well, with enough padding so as to avoid any damage in the post. The returned goods are to be suitable for resale and in original unopened packing. The goods are the responsibility of the customer and you must look after the goods until they are returned.

International Orders – Manual Processing

We are unable to process International orders online at this time. To place your order for manual processing, please Contact Us with your order so that we can accurately determine your shipping cost. We will then email you with a total cost including Shipping Charges. Please allow an additional 15 working days for your order to be received (carrier dependent.)

Statutory customs and import duties (If applicable) will be charged to you once your order arrives at your destination country. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your relevant Government department regarding import restrictions and charges.
